Well, we just couldn’t stay in the clear of snow this winter. I guess since we had such nice weather so far this season we were bound to get a good one, and we sure are getting a doozy of a snowstorm. And of course we just happen to be lucky enough to land in what is expected to be the 20+ inches of snow zone. I say that with sarcasm, because I haven’t liked snow since the blizzard of 1996 when we got about 3 feet of snow.
Well regardless of my love (or lack thereof) of snow, I figured that if we’re going to be stuck inside, we might as well enjoy it. Soo…as I did the last time we got a big snow, I put together a bucket list. I picked up some snacks and some books from the library, and I’m planning on hunkering down and staying nice and warm and cozy while my kids play outside. Needless to say, some of the activities on the bucket list I will do, some the kids will do, and some we will do together. My main focus, though, is to keep all of us away from screens and busy with other things. (We’ll see how long that lasts…)
So go ahead and download this free printable snow day bucket list and add your own ideas! Please share your ideas in the comments below. I’m always looking for good, fun things to do when we’re stuck inside.
