When You Feel Like a Nobody: Your Voice Matters

Yesterday I felt like a nobody. I can't pinpoint what it was exactly. Maybe it was people criticizing the company I interviewed with last week after having looked down on me so long for not having a "real" job. Maybe it was all the church leaders being recognized now that I'm not (for the first time in a long time) one of those leaders. One Word 3.0

In the past few years, I've become a big fan of choosing one word to focus on as the theme to my life throughout the year.  While some choose only one word and scrap the resolutions, I am a supporter of both.  I think you can set goals for the year while choosing to live by one main word.  One focus.  One theme.
