Double Decker Quesadilla Recipe

I <3 quesadillas.  I never really tried them until a year or two ago, and now I am in love.  I love all kinds of quesadillas (except spicy ones).  Especially this one.  I love hearing the kids get excited over what's for dinner, and this is one of those.  (Well, one didn't like the beans, but everyone else did).  The other thing I love about this recipe is that it's so quick and easy!  I doubt it took me any more than 20 minutes to make it, if that (with the chicken already cooked). We had to double this recipe, because…

Work-in-Progress Wednesday: Gearing Up

This week at Making the Most, I'm gearing up to get back to work.  Yesterday I spent a couple of hours with my dad cleaning up his work space.  Let me just say that I had an extremely difficult time wrapping my head around the instructions, "Clean up the trash, but don't organize anything."  (I'm an organizer, so these kind of instructions grate on my nerves like nails on a chalkboard.) Work-in-Progress Wednesday (8/19/15)

This week is a busy week as we prepare for school (yes, we start later than most).  We found out our teachers yesterday, and we're looking forward to Meet the Teacher Night later this week. I am babysitting for a few friends this week, so my house has been full!  We hope to go to the local water park tomorrow, maybe ride bikes, and possibly swing by the library. I am also thrilled to be working on my second sponsored post and in the process of negotiating a third.  This means that things are going well for the blog (thanks…
