Scripture Sunday: Hebrews 13:5-6

Don't love money; be satisfied with what you have.  For God has said, "I will never fail you.  I will never abandon you." So we can say with confidence, "The LORD is my helper, so I will have no fear.  What can mere people do to me?"

Week in Review: Week of January 25, 2015

Well this week sure didn't go as planned!  I'm pretty sure, if I had a quarter for every day that didn't go as planned, I'd be rich!  Well thankfully, I still was able to stay on track with a few things.  Here's what I accomplished this week (those unaccomplished are in red): Spiritual: Devotions (4/7) Mental: Read 30 minutes Spend 1 hour to myself Physical: Exercise 2 days No seconds (hey--slow and steady wins the race!) This is the verse that appeared to me day after day as I fasted and prayed, seeking God's will for my life.  Inside, I knew where He wanted me to go, but this verse offered reassurance that what I felt in my heart was the Holy Spirit calling. What does this verse mean to you?
