Reading List Review: August 2016

This month, I have to say I'm pretty pleased with the amount of reading I accomplished, considering I started late.  I probably started really reading again around the middle of the month and really got a lot done.  So without further ado.. Here's what I read during the month of August (click links for the review): Heart Made Whole: Turning Your Unhealed Pain Into Your Greatest Strength by Christa Black Gifford Giddy-Up Eunice: Because Women Need Each Other by Sophie Hudson Chase the Lion by Mark Batterson What I'm Reading Now: Undefiled: Redemption From Sexual Sin, Restoration for Broken Relationships by…

Reading List Review: June-July 2016

I have to admit, I'm pretty disappointed with the amount of reading I accomplished between June and July--or lack thereof.  All of these side hustles I've been working on leave me little time for reading.  I'm finishing up the most time-consuming one next week, though, so hopefully my next review will be a little longer. Here's what I actually got around to between June and July: The Longing in Me by Sheila Walsh Beauty Begins: Making Peace with Your Reflection by Chris Shook & Megan Shook Alpha What I'm Reading Now: Undefiled: Redemption From Sexual Sin, Restoration for Broken Relationships by Harry…

Reading List Review: April-May 2016

Well I spoke too soon when I did my March reading list review.  I had done so much reading, but in the last two months I feel like I've really slacked off.  There are so many things I've wanted to read but so little time! Downs The Fantasy Fallacy: Exposing…

Reading List Review: March 2016

So this year I'm actually doing more reading than I anticipated.  I thought I would be focusing more on my cross-stitch, but, well, I just can't stay away from a good book, so March was yet another good month of reading.  Here's how I did: The Homeschool Guide: Everything You Need to Know for Successfully Homeschooling Your Children! by Vanessa Bilotta The Daniel Plan Jumpstart Guide: Daily Steps to a Healthier Life by Rick Warren Letters to My Daughters: The Art of Being a Wife by Barbara Rainey Go Set a Watchman by Harper Lee What I'm Reading Now: Looking for Lovely by Annie…

Reading List Review: January & February 2016

I'm really excited this month as I go over what I read during the months of January and February.  As much as I hated all the snow we got, it sure did provide me with plenty of time to read.  In fact, I read twice as many books as I had planned, so I'd say this year is starting out pretty well for my reading goals.  Can't wait to see what I finish in March! Here's what I read during the months of January & February: Animal Farm by George Orwell The Scarlet Letter by Nathaniel Hawthorne Where is God When…
