So since we planted our garden Sunday instead of making homemade lemonade, we saved the lemonade for yesterday. On Sunday evening, when I went out to purchase our vegetable seeds and two more packets of flower seeds, I went ahead and picked up 12 medium-sized lemons for this recipe. Bean and Cheese Quesadillas

Here's another recipe that we had recently.  I found this one at Parents magazine. Loaded Baked Potato and Chicken Casserole

  Let me just start out by saying this is most definitely one of my most favorite dishes...ever!  Oh my goodness I loved it.  And so did Prince Charming and Rapunzel.  I would definitely make it again.  (Just don't eat this if you're on a diet!)
